Software Developer

Mr Ripley was a 24 year old American post-graduate student from MIT when he wrote and developed the biometric database, personal access security software under contract for Texas Instruments (TI); staged divestiture commencing in 1992. Initial ip valuation: USD $500 million. Prior to completion of the sale of his software to TI, he acted to repatriate his American citizenship taking part-time residency in Singapore and subsequent citizenship in Barbados. He is currently 52.

Crescendo^<TM co-developed, with Mr Ripley and his other advisors, the ips^<TM (intellectual property strategy) for his software in anticipation of the sale to TI and, in conjunction with his US counsel, advised on the repatriation of his US citizenship and the planning for his personal asset reorganization and US departure strategy.

Crescendo^<TM co-developed Mr Ripley’s legacy estate plan along with his executor, and trustees. Including a proprietary Crescendo^<TM plan of perpetual succession (pps^<TM).

Crescendo^<TM created Mr Ripley’s Barbados-based Intellectual Property and Investment Trust (IPIT^<TM) in conjunction with his executor and private banker.

Crescendo^<TM co-developed the IPIT^<TMs investment strategy, in conjunction with Mr Ripley’s other wealth advisors.

Crescendo^<TM provides the professional and administrative team that operates the IPIT^<TM and IT consultancy.

Crescendo^<TM is the lead integrator of all of Mr Ripley’s other team of professionals: legal, executor, trustees, estate planner, wealth managers and private bankers.

Crescendo^<TM provides on-going financial, ip strategy (currently developing two new technologies).

Crescendo^<TM provides monthly financial reporting for the IPIT^<TM.

Crescendo^<TM provides accounting, administrative and hr services for Mr Ripley’s various ips^<TM.
