A hecto is a unit of measure for 100. Our members create personal wealth, with the assistance of the Crescendo<TM resources, in excess of USD$100 million.
We refer to two types of Hectos<TM; Incumbent and Aspirant. We will explain both on this page, alongside some common characteristics that Hectos<TM possess.
Type 1
Those amongst the Crescendo < Club Members who have already achieved a personal worth of USD $100 million and more; and desire even greater personal achievement, accomplishment and personal satisfaction, through their discovery and experience of new and deeper intellectual exploration and personal development.

While we all possess varying degrees of personal intellectual property, certain amongst us have the creative and intellectual capacity to achieve greatness by and through the development, exploitation and monetisation of their intellectual property.

Discipline, Dedication, Sacrifice & Hard Work.
There seems to be a pervasive belief amongst Hectos<TM that success doesn’t happen by accident; it only comes through persistent and consistent dedication and focus on diligently working to achieve the task and objective at hand.
Beyond a point our Hectos<TM are no longer driven by monetary reward. Rather they continue to excel because they hunger for recognition & personal achievement.
WYTW?<TM stands for: What’s Your Time Worth?
Most Crescendo<TM Hectos<TM are fully aware of the value of their time. In fact, most have been indoctrinated by the Crescendo<TM discipline of understanding the determination of WYTW<TM? and taking deliberate and purposeful steps to continually enhance the value of their time, essentially by practicing a number of key disciplines:
Rarely does a Crescendo<TM Hecto embark on a new venture or opportunity unless they are quite certain and convinced they are actually going to solve a problem or satisfy a need in the market. Speculative and non-validated pursuits simply aren’t undertaken.
Crescendo<TM Hectos<TM are also unwaveringly focused in their mindset to achieve their #1 priority.
You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know.
Crescendo<TM Hectos<TM know their own limitations and when to reach out for help and assistance; particularly when that assistance involves both a requirement of a specialised skill set and/or higher value; equally in the application of their energy on lesser-value tasks (see WYTW<TM).
Our Hectos also embrace failure.
Being mostly entrepreneurs, Crescendo<TM Hectos<TM are no strangers to experiencing failure. In fact, they virtually all accept that it’s a natural part of the growth and opportunity exploitation process. They learn to embrace and to use it to enhance their knowledge and expertise in subsequent ventures and experiences.

Consistent with the philosophy of Thinking BIG!, adoption of a B-HAG mindset is that honed skill of taking an opportunity and thinking of and extending the idea or application out to it’s furthest possible limits; and then ACTING on that mindset.

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a Crescendo<TM Hecto<TM that isn’t extremely ambitious. It’s one of our defining attributes.
We don’t discourage or cower from an ambitious mindset; in fact, we at Crescendo<TM celebrate ambition. It’s what defines us and makes us successful!
But, even more important than ambition is the attribute of action. Ambition means NOTHING without ACTION.
Attribute 4
Talent is both innate and natural or, conversely, it is developed (making it not a talent; but a skill). We at Crescendo<TM recognise that if we aren’t born with and possess a desired natural talent, we learn to either develop that required skill set for ourselves or we find someone to join our team that already has.
The best and most successful Crescendo<TM Hectos<TM are those that have long-since recognised to surround themselves with talent and add members to their teams who are better at certain skill set requirements than themselves.
